These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your membership in the International Software Quality Association (ISQA) and your use of its services. By becoming a member of ISQA, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Membership Eligibility: Membership in ISQA is open to individuals who meet the criteria set forth by the Association. Members must adhere to the rules and regulations established by ISQA, including but not limited to participating in the reviewing of new candidates' applications.
2. Reviewing of New Candidates' Applications:
Members of ISQA are required to actively participate in the reviewing of new candidates' applications. This includes providing feedback, evaluations, and recommendations to the Association regarding the suitability of candidates for membership.
3. Exclusion from Association: ISQA reserves the right to exclude any member from the Association without warning if they fail to comply with the rules and regulations of the Association or behave inappropriately. Such behavior may include but is not limited to violations of ethical standards, harassment of other members, or any action deemed detrimental to the reputation or objectives of ISQA.
4. Verification of Candidate Information: While ISQA makes efforts to verify the information provided by candidates for membership, the Association does not bear any responsibility for the veracity of such information. Members acknowledge that ISQA may use accessible means to verify candidate information but cannot guarantee its accuracy.
5. Modification of Terms: ISQA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the ISQA website. Continued membership in ISQA after the posting of such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
6. Termination of Membership: Membership in ISQA may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the Association for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, failure to meet membership criteria, or conduct detrimental to the objectives of ISQA.
By becoming a member of ISQA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you may not become a member of ISQA.
