Yulia Drogunova graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (2011-2015), developing a solid foundation in algorithms, system design, and software quality principles. This academic background became instrumental in shaping her expertise as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Yulia is an expert QA Engineer with over 9 years of experience, including 5 years at Raiffeisen Bank as a Senior QA Engineer. She has built effective testing processes for large-scale projects in leading companies such as Raiffeisen Bank, VTB Bank, Luxoft, and Lineate. Her proficiency in a wide range of testing tools and frameworks allows her to ensure the high quality of digital products while reducing time to market.

At Raiffeisen Bank, Yulia contributed to the quality and reliability of core digital services, including mobile banking applications. She developed automated test suites for REST APIs, implemented comprehensive UI test coverage for Android and iOS, and integrated automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. These improvements accelerated development speed, reduced defect rates, and strengthened product stability.

Yulia also has leadership experience as a QA Lead at MTS Bank, where she organized testing processes within the team and managed team operations. Her mentorship of junior engineers and active knowledge sharing have made her a key contributor to organizational quality goals.

Beyond her professional work, Yulia has made significant contributions to the tech community through research publications, participation in hackathons, and thought leadership. She is the creator of the Rapid Manual Testing Framework (RMTF), a methodology designed to optimize manual testing efficiency and enhance collaboration between QA and development teams.

She is a recipient of the Raptors Fellowship (Hackathon Raptors Association) and is recognized as an IEEE Senior Member, highlighting her impact and credibility in the technology field.
