Nataliia Ilchenko is an ISTQB-certified Test Manager and leadership consultant with over 12 years of experience in software quality assurance and more than 6 years in leadership roles across Europe and the United States. She holds an MS degree in Information Technologies and has excelled in building QA processes from scratch, auditing and optimizing existing SDLC practices, and implementing organization-wide quality strategies that enable product startups and multi-project teams to achieve high quality without slowing release velocity.

Beyond her core leadership role, Nataliia provides one-on-one consulting, team-building, and personal growth training for QA professionals, product leaders, and startup teams. She works with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to multi-project fintech and SaaS environments, with deep expertise in financial systems, payment integrations, and scalable SDLC practices.

Nataliia is the author of “Methodological Testing Strategy Based on Checklists with AI Technologies: A Practical Guide for Implementation in Product Startups,”  which focuses on improving product quality while streamlining processes. She has also served as a reviewer for the Global Prosperity Journal and Achievements of the Economy: Prospects and Innovations.

A recognized leader and public speaker, Nataliia has presented at international conferences, published the research “The Economic Impact of Women’s IT Communities and Women’s Leadership on Team Productivity and Technology Industry Development,” and served as a jury member in startup competitions, helping identify and support leading Ukrainian technology ventures. She is the former Founder and Director of Women Who Code Kyiv and continues to champion diversity, leadership development, and sustainable team growth as a mentor and advisor within international professional associations.
