Alfiya possesses extensive experience working with large datasets and data processing and analysis. She has 13 years of experience in this field, using tools such as Hadoop, SQL, Python, and statistical methods. Her education includes a specialist diploma in Applied Informatics from the Ufa State Aviation Technical University, obtained from 2005 to 2010, as well as a master's degree in Business Informatics from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, obtained from 2010 to 2012. She also received training in Cloudera Data Science in the Netherlands in 2014.

Alfiya has experience working at "Kaspersky Lab" as a senior data processing engineer since 2012. In this company, she participated in several projects, including TSIA benchmarking, where the company was recognized as the best customer support team according to TSIA data. She also developed an auto-reply system for clients and a categorization system for the most common client issues, which is used by millions of people worldwide. Additionally, she was involved in the ISO 2000 quality certification process and the outsourcing of product support.

Currently, as the founder of the "Save Forward" project since 2022, she is engaged in a social project that aims to prevent suicide using modern technologies and artificial intelligence. The project utilizes text recognition to determine the author's mood and provide relevant helpful information.
