Aleksandr Moiseev is a recognized IEEE Senior Member who began his professional journey in software engineering in 2011 and quickly advanced to the role of Lead QA Engineer and Full Stack Developer at Ingate. In this role, he delivered significant impact by developing automation systems that reduced manual testing efforts by up to 90%.

Aleksandr is the founder and lead engineer of BitBards, an independent R&D initiative focused on AI-driven systems and advanced web platforms. He leads the full lifecycle of product development, consistently delivering high-quality solutions validated by client feedback and long-term collaborations.

He is also the developer of the Huntica AI platform, an advanced AI-powered video interview system integrating machine learning, speech recognition, and analytics. For this work, he became a laureate of the National Business Award “Technologies & Innovation” 2025 in the category of AI Integration Expert of the Year.

His work in AI and robotics received official recognition from TOZ-Robotics (a partner of Roscosmos) for delivering machine vision and robotics software for the MAKS International Aviation and Space Salon in 2021.

Aleksandr contributed to DevExpress, a globally recognized software company whose products are used by tens of thousands of developers worldwide.
